They are all straight forward to use – simply turn on and start taking readings.  The main difference is resolution and range.

The MultiRAE Lite has a resolution of 1 ppm and a top range of 1000 ppm.

The GX-6000 has a resolution of 0.1 ppm and a top range of 6000 ppm, and the option to include other gas sensors.

The MiniRAE 3000 has a resolution of 0.1 ppm and a top range of 15000 ppm.

The PFAS National Environmental Management Plan sets out the guidelines and obligations for sampling of PFAS contaminated sites.  The materials specifically mentioned as suitable for site assessment and investigation are HDPE, silicone, PVC and polypropylene.
