Biodegradable Bladders
Description:
Disposable bladder to be used with a QED Sample Pro Micropurge pump. Low-flow sampling has been the preferred method for groundwater sampling in Australia for many years. Now, you can use disposable bladders more responsibly by choosing landfill-biodegradable bladders. These landfill-biodegradable, concertina-style bladders are disposable and available in both LDPE and HDPE. The bladders snap in and out without the need for clamps, allowing them to be discarded after each well is sampled. They contain the same additive used in our range of biodegradable, disposable sampling products, enabling them to biodegrade once disposed of in a landfill. -
Biogone Nitrile Gloves

Bottom Dredge
AMS bottom dredges are primarily designed for sampling sand and silt, but can be made to sample most types of non-cohesive material, except hard-packed clay. They provide samples from which the sediment profile can be described.
Description:
A bottom sampling dredge consists of two halves of a relatively small box. The dredge is placed onto the bottom sediment, then closed and pulled up to retrieve a sample. A two-way mechanism prevents accidental closure while the dredge is dropping. The impact of the dredge on the bottom surface triggers the spring-loaded release mechanism.Quick Specs:

Dormer Piston Sampler
The Piston Sampler is suitable for sampling less cohesive soil layers (sand) below the groundwater table. The piston sampler soil testing method is also suitable for sampling sediments with a sand content.
Description:
The Piston Sampler is used to take undisturbed samples from water-saturated soils like marine mud & silty sand. For those wondering piston sampler is used for which type of soil, it is commonly used for water-saturated, soft, and less cohesive soils where obtaining undisturbed samples is important. It operates on the same principle as the fisherman’s bait pump. That is, you push down on the outer tube simultaneously as you pull up on the piston. The piston is held in position while the tube is removed from the hole. -
